How to Upload Your File

  1. Click the "Open Upload Form" button above.
  2. In the Google Form, click "Add File".
  3. Click "Browse" to locate your file on your device and select it.
  4. click "submit".

Note: If you're submitting multiple files or a batch of documents, please combine them into a single ZIP file before uploading. Only one zipped file is allowed per submission.
